FS2 at Piglets Adventure Farm

FS2 had a wonderful time at Piglets Adventure Farm. They got to meet and feed large and not-so-large animals, plant a bean seed, play a fruit and vegetable describing game with their partners, ride on a tractor-trailer, experience crops growing in the field and also play on both the indoor and outdoor equipment – what an exciting day! Mrs McCarthy and Miss Luckins were especially impressed with the language the children used to name a whole variety of unusual fruit and vegetables, and also with learning the correct names for baby animals.

Did you know – a sheep has 300 degree vision, and a goat has 360 degree vision, which means Piglets (2) Piglets (3) Piglets (5) Piglets (10)they can see behind them without moving their head!
